Do you accept unsolicited manuscript submissions?
No. Brittany Mondesir Publishing, LLC does not accept public, unsolicited submissions. As the imprint grows, select authors may be invited privately by the business manager through an invitation-based process.

Do you offer publishing services?
We do not publish external manuscripts. Select in‑house editorial, developmental, and ghostwriting services are planned for future release, and we will update our website and social media when these offerings become available.

What does “hybrid publishing model” mean?
Our hybrid model bridges the gap between self‑publishing and traditional publishing. While we do not publish external manuscripts, we will offer select in‑house editorial, developmental, and ghostwriting support—along with guidance toward trusted external resources—so creators are not navigating the process alone.

Will the initial consultation be free?
Yes. Initial consultations will be 30 minutes and provided at no cost when editorial services become available. These sessions will help establish clarity, alignment, and next steps before any ongoing services are arranged.

How much do your editorial, ghostwriting, creative consulting, follow-up sessions, and external resource guidance services cost?
Pricing for all editorial, ghostwriting, creative consulting, follow‑up/ongoing sessions, and external resource guidance is discussed during the initial consultation and then confirmed in a written email to ensure clarity, alignment, and an accurate reflection of each client’s unique needs and scope of work. 

Who do you work with?
We serve individuals, small groups, churches, ministries, businesses, and organizations—nationally and internationally. 

What are ghostwriting services?
Ghostwriting services involve writing original content on behalf of a client while preserving their voice, message, and intent. The ghostwriter does not receive public authorship credit unless otherwise agreed. 

Will ghostwriting services be available independently?
Yes. Ghostwriting services will be available by consultation when our editorial offerings launch. These services will be offered independently of our publishing model and may be selected on their own or alongside other in‑house support.

Do you offer live speaking engagements?
At this time, speaking and teaching are offered through books and digital resources. Live virtual and in‑person events will be introduced gradually as the imprint grows.

What platform will consultations use?
Consultations will be conducted via Zoom when editorial services become available.

Will services be available internationally?
Yes. When our editorial, consulting, and creative services launch, they will be available nationally and internationally through virtual platforms.  

Do you ship physical products internationally?
At this time, we ship physical products within the United States only. International readers can purchase our books through trusted global retailers:

Yes! Our eBook and all other digital products currently available in our Shop can be purchased worldwide and delivered instantly. Because digital items do not require shipping, customers anywhere in the world can check out normally and receive immediate access.

Do you offer multi‑copy or bulk ordering options for your devotional and books?
Multiple copies or bulk quantities of our devotional or other books may be ordered directly through Amazon or Lulu Bookstore for the best global shipping options.

Can I purchase multiple quantities or bulk orders of companion resources?
All companion resources — including companion journals, candles, mugs, signature cards, and other lifestyle items — may be purchased in multiple quantities or bulk orders directly through our Shop!

Can I mix different products in the same order?
Yes! You may add any combination of companion resources, lifestyle items, books, and digital products to your cart!

Do you offer refunds on digital or physical products?
All digital and physical product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and the customized nature of physical items, refunds are not offered unless otherwise stated.

Do you accept checks or money orders?
All payments are accepted electronically by credit or debit card unless otherwise stated. 

What’s the best way to read the eBook?
If purchased here on our main site, you can download your eBook and open it in your device’s PDF reader for the smoothest experience. This allows the clickable links to open in your browser while the eBook stays open.
