Brittany Mondesir is the founder of Brittany Mondesir Publishing, LLC and the creative force behind its vision. As an author, educator, ordained minister, evangelist, and multidisciplinary integrative creative, Brittany’s work is rooted in faith, compassion, and a lifelong commitment to spiritual growth, emotional wholeness, mental health, and purposeful living.
She holds undergraduate SUNY degrees in Music and Social Work, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Public Mental Health from Liberty University. Brittany has also completed graduate-level theological and seminary studies in Christian Counseling and is training toward a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling. Her academic preparation is complemented by extensive experience in human services, crisis counseling, mental and behavioral health, youth services, and ministry leadership.
Brittany is an ordained minister and evangelist who serves alongside her husband in pastoral ministry as a worship director, Bible teacher, administrator, counselor, and coach. Together, they co-founded The Meeting Place in Tennessee, a pastoral ministry centered on biblical teaching, discipleship, mentorship, pastoral and counseling-informed care, coaching, outreach, and holistic care for individuals, families, and communities.
As a writer and publisher, Brittany integrates Scripture, theology, psychology, and lived experience into devotionals, books, and resources designed to meet readers and listeners where they are—inviting reflection, honesty, and spiritual growth one day at a time. Her work is marked by a grounded yet deeply compassionate approach, encouraging others to recognize God’s presence, purpose, and faithfulness in every season of life.
Through Brittany Mondesir Publishing, she brings this same heart to every page—creating books and resources that offer hope, clarity, and the invitation to begin again. Dr. Arnim C. Mondesir, Th.D.

Dr. Arnim C. Mondesir is the co-founder of Brittany Mondesir Publishing, LLC, serving as author, business manager, and strategic leader. He brings a rare blend of theological depth, academic rigor, and operational expertise to the imprint’s foundation and growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Technology from SUNY Farmingdale, an MBA in Corporate Finance, a seminary Master’s degree in Biblical Literature with specialization in the Old Testament, and a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.). Dr. Mondesir has advised, consulted, and instructed undergraduate and graduate students across multiple colleges and universities, while also training and coaching faculty and staff at various levels within higher education institutions.
His academic and ministerial journey began as a teaching assistant in a Bible training institute and expanded into years of instructing courses across multiple levels, eventually serving as Assistant Dean. Along the way, he authored and helped develop ministry manuals, Bible institute curricula, and Christian education materials, and has co-edited and refined textbooks for churches and theological institutions. In the writing lab, he worked closely with students—guiding them in clarity, structure, and scholarly voice—helping them strengthen their writing skills and prepare thoughtfully for their theses. This hands-on mentorship reflected his passion for theological depth and effective communication, equipping students to express truth with confidence and precision.
An ordained pastor, Dr. Mondesir leads in pastoral ministry alongside his wife, Brittany. He brings decades of leadership experience in teaching, administration, mentorship, coaching, and church development. His passion for reading, scholarship, and authorship is paired with a heart for equipping others—bridging biblical truth with clarity and application.
Within the imprint, Dr. Mondesir provides theological oversight, strategic guidance and direction, change management, and operational leadership. He is also an author, with individual and collaborative works in development to be released through the imprint in the near future.
